The Midwest Dairy Institute is an “open campus” type of dairy allowing producers, students, and consumers to see our operation and learn how we operate and even just where milk comes from.  The Milbank Community Foundation Chalet serves as a meeting center for seminars, meetings, even parties and weddings.

Each year hundreds of visitors from all over the world visit us for tours, spend time learning about dairy production and management, or attend seminars and social functions.
